Description of the offers

Introduction

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the oldest healing art in the world that is still practiced today.

very different from western medicine.

Although Ayurveda has long been classified under wellness in Europe, it is gaining popularity.

Nowadays, Ayurveda also offers people in the west help with various problems.

In Ayurveda there is no reduction to certain symptoms or complaints.

In Ayurveda, the human being is viewed as a whole and that is how it should be healed or brought into harmony.

Anyone who gets involved in Ayurveda will not simply function again, but will find harmony with themselves, their lives will become healthy and relaxed, and they can change for the better.

Ayurveda is a real opportunity for those who want to benefit more from ancient knowledge, live a healthier life and take more care of themselves. So Ayurveda can everyone on the way to a

support holistic living.

The term "Ayurveda" comes from ancient Indian and is made up of two words: "Ayur" means "life" and "Veda" means "science", together it means the science of life.

There are orange reflex zones and vital points everywhere on our body, the so-called marma points.

Through the application (massage), the reflex zones can communicate better with the organs via nerves, blood and lymphatic channels.

The Abhyanga belongs to the Snehana (oil applications). The Snehana is the fine art of using gentle massages to remove toxic waste products from the body via the skin.

An Ayurveda full body massage is a feast for the senses. Snehana goes far beyond the pure massage technique. Given from the heart, "it reaches the deep layers of our being", touches our soul and can enable a new opening towards life.

The term Snehana, which comes from Sanskrit, describes the external oiling of the body, but also the inner attitude of the masseuse, the awareness of the giver, her loving presence, her empathy and her clear orientation. The loving attention of the giver to the recipient can, in combination with the oil, release tension and blockages.

I find alignment and tuning in before every massage to be particularly important and have made it a ritual for me. I pray and pray for the person I am about to touch that he gets what he needs right now.

Effect of the Abyanga with regular use:

  • soothing effect on the nervous system and the endocrine glands

  • Muscles, connective tissue and joints are strengthened, the skin becomes soft and

smooth.

  • Harmonization and balancing of the body energies Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

  • Metabolic waste products are loosened in the cells so that our

body's own detoxification systems skin, kidneys and intestines these deposits

can resign.

  • Activation of the self-healing powers and strengthening of the entire organism

  • through the crossover during the massage, the function of the two

Brain hemispheres harmonized

  • It has a rejuvenating effect

  • The skin is connected to all internal organs via nerve tracts and reflex effects

tied together. Therefore, the skin surface can be used to maintain health

influence positively.

my work philosophy

Preliminary talks and a corresponding follow-up (in certain cases, depending on the intensity of the healing work, I am available for the client 24 hours a day beyond the immediate follow-up) are part of almost all of my offers for you, are essential for working with you, so that I can adapt to you holistically. Even if you come to me with clear ideas, a short conversation is necessary, which is what my professionalism demands. Precisely because we humans nowadays often suppress or encode feelings - the level of empathy is a large part of my work and a brief acquaintance is therefore of central importance. At this point, for example, we will clarify together whether the massage with or without guided meditation is desirable for you or makes sense.

I connect you and my fellow world with deep trust and compassion, I understand my work on and with you as care in the following sense:

The more compassionate our mind, the more able we are to live our lives transparently, honestly, truthfully, and without having to hide anything. Compassion increases our inner strength, reduces fear, and causes friends to gather around us. As social beings we need friends and what appeals to them is trust. And trust grows when we show sincere concern for the welfare of others.

Furthermore, you will get to know me as a person who tries to be himself in such a way that my counterpart feels safe to also be himself. Trust.

The whole in which I would like to see and feel you in order to get to where you need my abilities, I try to live with the following thoughts:

Many people think that being spiritual means being positive, but being spiritual means being awakened and aware. Becoming conscious is very different from becoming positive. In order to awaken and become conscious, we must become authentic. Authenticity includes both positive and negative aspects.

Where we learn to recognize and feel this, blockages break down - I can support you with my offers.

I practice my offers to the best of my knowledge and belief, in accordance with my training and my own experience. Applications (offers) that take place in my practice do not replace any necessary diagnosis or treatment from a doctor! In other words: I am by no means refusing medical care with my work, nor do I want to replace it, but at best complement it.

Furthermore, I distance myself from any promises of salvation - I must not, cannot and do not want to give them.

Description

1. Ayurvedic health massages

My knowledge of the principles of Ayurvedic treatment with regard to the energy centers of the body, the Ayurvedic view of what constitutes the constitution and personality, as well as the characteristics of physical appearance, behavior and susceptibility to illness are fundamental to all Ayurvedic treatments.

All forms have set processes.

Marma Point Massage

The marma points (vital points) play a major role in Ayurveda.

There are 108 Marmanis on our body, and stimulating them can move a lot.

A marma point massage can promote the mobility of our joints and strengthen the bones and muscles. It also strengthens and enhances our senses (taste, smell, sight, hearing and so on).

It promotes healthy sleep and increases vitality.

It regulates the nervous system in states of exhaustion.

A marma point massage is healing from within as the natural flow of energy is restored.

Marma point massage is also called Marma Chikitsa - Chikitsa is a Hindu word meaning healing.

A Marma-Chikitsa basically has a transforming effect, on the spiritual and spiritual level as well as on the physical level.

meditation massage

During the massage, a meditation guided by me takes place, which is based on a previous conversation. In this way I can specifically help my client to let go of issues that concern him during the relaxation of the massage.

Full body massage (Abhyanga) / back massage

e

With the Ayurveda full-body oil massage, the whole body is first poured with warm oil on specific areas. Then the oiling follows after a precisely defined massage sequence. The massage is relatively gentle, with a beneficial grasping of the body structures. The massage is given with the hands (with the heart point of the hand) and with the soft skin of the forearms. The oil massage opens the body's detoxification channels. It has a detoxifying effect, both on the physical level and on the psychological level. At the same time, the skin absorbs nourishment from the oil.

Head and face massage

In Ayurveda, the head is considered the gateway to heaven.

Therefore, the flow of energy should always be free there. The Ayurvedic head and face massage has the effect that the blood circulation is stimulated, the reflex zones, energy meridians and the deep-seated brain centers are stimulated. It relaxes, soothes and is used for skin and hair care. It relieves tension in the throat, neck and shoulder area. It lets the inner beauty shine again.

Foot and leg massage

...it should be mentioned in particular that muscle relaxation is promoted at defined points that are massaged on the legs, liver and spleen / small intestine and digestion / the suppleness of the joints as well as the opening of "the energy gates" are stimulated.

On the feet, the heart and lungs / eyesight / blood and lymph vessels and reproductive tissue are stimulated. There are other zones / points on the feet that "communicate" in connection with certain areas of the body and through which a corresponding positive effect can be achieved.

Massaging the feet helps with inner restlessness (nervousness), sleep disorders, and the massage can also help with a feeling of numbness. Physical ailments can be alleviated or resolved. Energetic blockages can be dissolved and the energies flow again.

Herbal stamp massage

The aim and purpose of the herbal stamp massage is purification - it frees the body from toxins, cares for the skin - supports the skin in the formation of new skin cells, dissolves muscular blockages, achieves deep relaxation, stimulates blood circulation, relieves pain in the musculoskeletal system, releases endorphins free, improves breathing. Used to relax body and mind. The herbal stamp massage is also an Ayurvedic offer.

Baby massage / newborn welcome massage

The child will receive an Ayurvedic baby massage - a welcome massage in loving company.

It is enormously important to support the child with the welcome massage, in the bodily functions and in feeling his body.

The special strength of Ayurveda is that you look at people as a whole, everyone is unique, including our children!

Through the baby massage ritual, we get to know our child particularly well, we know how it feels and smells, we sense what it needs or what is particularly good for it, which is the best way to calm it down.

It's a very special time of the day, a special closeness.

With the Ayurvedic baby massage, we can give our baby a nice start to the day or a loving companionship in the evening - and thus to sleep.

The baby massage serves the physical, mental and spiritual development of the baby.

With the Ayurvedic baby massage, the child can be well accompanied through all stages of development well into the teenage years and beyond.

I will guide you to continue using the massage techniques later at home.

Ear candling treatment, always with a head and face massage

for deep relaxation and cleansing - it is assumed that the application can be very helpful for tinnitus (ringing in the ears). The application can also help with frequent headaches and insomnia. However, the use of ear candles never replaces a visit to a doctor in the case of permanent complaints.

meditation techniques

The term meditation comes from the Latin meditatio = "thinking about"; also in the meaning "align to the middle" from Latin medius = "the middle") and is a fundamental religious or spiritual practice practiced in many religions and cultures. Mindfulness or concentration exercises should calm and collect the mind. The goal is stillness or inner emptiness, a state "free" of thoughts, often associated with a feeling of oneness. Meditation is practiced as a relaxation method, to deal with stress and to support general well-being.

Autogenic Training (AT)

is a relaxation technique based on autosuggestion. The AT is a widely used and recognized method to combat stress and psychosomatic disorders.

Under guidance, the practitioner trains to relax the muscles completely. The exercises consist of short, formulaic ideas that the practitioner repeats in his mind several times in a concentrated manner. He tries to visualize these ideas as intensely as possible.

The resting state of the body is characterized by certain sensations. For example, relaxation of the muscles in the limbs leads to a feeling of heaviness, while good blood circulation leads to a feeling of warmth. Conversely, by concentrating on the effect, the "cause" can be brought about; by imagining warm arms, blood circulation can be increased and physical relaxation can be achieved as a result.

The so-called withdrawal, a conscious "waking up" with a stretch serving to activate the nerve endings concludes the exercises.

Positive thinking

is always part of my instructions for AT in my practice!
