What an experience! I was seen, heard, fully noticed. I had time to identify my needs and they were taken care of. It wasn't easy to accept
and enjoy! That's what I was there for, to recognize and experience who I really am. By finding out my dosha and what makes me so special, I came a long way
closer! Ute also regularly drew my attention to “Ah! This is the pitta” when she recognized the appropriate qualities. That was very interesting! I could take so many things home with me
take! Not only the recipes and the document folder, but also the ability to cook some things, because I was able to practice it, and if I can do it, then I'll do it at home too.
Ute offered many such bridges so that I can integrate as much as possible into my everyday life and the weekend can really change something in my life!
It was very varied and everything flowed together, connected by my topics, which showed up everywhere and could be approached in so many different ways, in meditation, the massage, in conversation, in doing, in being, also in the precious breaks that... were important to continue feeling, reflecting, writing down, or simply to rest. Ute's constant loving attention was a blessing. YES, as colorful, intense, invigorating, deep-acting as the wonderful spices that we used and that have such a place of honor in Ute's cozy and well-equipped kitchen!

"With a voucher, my son gave me the opportunity to get to know the excellent work of Ute Vogelsang-Hahn in a very personal, pleasant atmosphere. Her relaxed, loving way of talking about feelings, life and people has a great quality, with no clarity is lost.
